All Siemprechic sales are final. Because of the nature of the jewelry sold and to protect customer safety, hygiene, and sanitation, Siemprechic does not accept returns or exchanges because of preference, change of mind, selected color or size, style, unwanted gift, prior use, personal sensitivity, or another reason not attributable to a Siemprechic error or a covered manufacturing defect.
When will I get my order?
Once an order has been accepted and approved, Siemprechic may require up to ten (10) calendar days to process it before placing it in the possession of the United States Postal Service (“USPS”). For purposes of these policies, “business day” means Monday through Friday, excluding applicable Puerto Rico and United States holidays and days on which operations are closed because of force majeure, emergency, or published notice.
How much does shipping cost?
Siemprechic offers free USPS shipping for eligible orders shipped to Puerto Rico and the United States. Free shipping refers to the ordinary shipping cost offered by Siemprechic and does not eliminate reshipping costs or other charges caused exclusively by incorrect information, refusal, failure to claim a package, or another cause attributable to the recipient.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If a piece has an apparent manufacturing defect, the Customer must send initial notice to siemprechicpr.shop@gmail.com within twenty-four (24) hours after USPS-confirmed delivery. Time limits for incorrect-product and manufacturing-defect claims begin only upon USPS-confirmed delivery. An incorrect-product claim must be submitted within five (5) calendar days after confirmed delivery. An apparent manufacturing-defect claim requires initial notice within twenty-four (24) hours after confirmed delivery. After receiving information reasonably necessary for review, Siemprechic may take up to five (5) business days to evaluate the claim; if a return is authorized for inspection, the item must be placed with the carrier within forty-eight (48) hours after authorization unless a written extension is granted.
